Hi Kyle
Funny you should comment today. I'm working on a new blog post right now about the cabinets. The purple acrylic is not a dividing wall, it's applied to the Ikea cabinets with contact cement. I don't think the acrylic is sturdy enough to use as structure inside the trailer. But if you built a frame for it, that would probably work. The upper cabnets are all orginal. All we did was either remove them (over the kitchen) or cover them with aluminum over the gauchos.

Look for a post later today. I will be putting up the plans for our new layout. If you would like the omni graffle versions let me know.

Hi there. I loved reading your write-up about installing Ikea cabinets in your Airstream. I am contemplating doing the same. Do you have more after photos? What about your upper cabinets? Also, is that purple acrylic as a dividing wall? I'm starting to plan all this out so anything you can share would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
